Rove
Self-hosted · peer-to-peer over Tailscale

Your coding agent.
In any browser.

Drive Claude Code on your desktop from your phone, iPad, or any browser tab — over your own tailnet. No cloud relay. No third-party server. Just your machines.

  • Nobody in the path but you
  • ~3 MB bridge · no DB, no daemon
  • Live dev-server preview
Type a prompt on your phone and watch the dev server reload live, in the same app.
Type a prompt. Watch the dev server reload — live, one swipe from the chat.

Your machines run the agents.
Your browser is the editor surface.

One inbox across every machine on your tailnet. Tailscale is the network. Nothing else is in between.

Peer-to-peer over Tailscale

Your laptop runs the agent. Your browser runs the client. The bytes tunnel through your tailnet and nobody else is in the path.

Real diffs, real approvals

Tool calls stream in as they happen. Diffs render properly. Approval prompts arrive as bottom sheets you act on from anywhere.

Live dev-server preview

Your agent edits, your browser updates. Swipe from the chat to a live WebView of the dev server it's working on — no configuration.

One inbox, every machine

Run the bridge on a desktop, a laptop, a mac mini in a closet — the client folds them into one list, sorted by what needs you.

Heads up. This web client needs your bridge reachable over HTTPS. The easiest path is tailscale serve --bg --https=443 http://localhost:<port> on the machine running rove-bridge. The app walks you through the full setup when you launch it.
